02 Management Sparing & Outplacement
REFLECTION. ORIENTATION. COURSE CORRECTION.
Most executives need exactly this: an experienced Navigator — someone with whom they can discuss their professional reality openly and confidentially.
Leadership Navigation distills systemic methods and develops them directly within the work process: circular questioning, scenario techniques, confrontational feedback, and solution-focused guidance. I look at the system from the outside — and bring over four decades of experience as an entrepreneur, strategist, and Navigator to our work.
Your time is your most valuable resource. That's why I combine all communication channels into your personal navigation hotline — discreet, effective, on course. On request: 24/7/365.
Individually. Highly effective. On-Demand. You determine time, duration, and format:
1. Phone (landline, mobile)
2. Messenger (iMessage, Signal, Threema, WhatsApp, Telegram, Discord)
3. Correspondence (email)
4. Video (Zoom, FaceTime, MS Teams, Webex, Go-To-Meeting, Skype)
5. In-person (external venue, on-site, outdoor — worldwide)
Formats 1–4 are billed in 10-minute increments, in-person (5) at hourly rate, plus expenses where applicable.
CLARITY. DECISIONS. STAYING ON COURSE.
Integral Business Navigating supports leaders, entrepreneurs, and teams in mastering their tasks not only technically, but emotionally, mentally, and interpersonally — with orientation, clarity, and the capacity to act.
My approach is systemic: I never see only the person, but always the system in which they operate — organization, responsibility, relationship, communication, self-leadership. I am on the outside — but fully present within.
The small "i" in iNavigare stands for exactly this: Integral thinking. Inner work. Individuality in the context of responsibility. I don't just accompany the business role — I accompany the whole person.
Integral Business Navigating is:
• Personal, intensive, and practice-oriented
• Free of ideology — but full of integrity
• Resource-activating rather than problem-focused
• Methodically precise — and deeply human
SHAPING TRANSITIONS. FINDING A NEW COURSE.
Where classic outplacement ends, Transition begins — the conscious realignment of one's own course, from within. This is not about mere reintegration into the job market, but about dignity, development, and clarity.
As an experienced guide, I help people navigate their transition into a new professional future — confidently, sovereignly, and systematically, with a clear view of what they truly can, want, and need.
What Transition delivers:
• Orientation in uncertain phases
• Activation of personal resources
• Clear strategies for the next step
• Development of a sustainable self-image
• Professional guidance through to the new role
My Transition Process — 12 Phases with System
Phase 1 — Goal Clarification & Timing Clarify expectations, goals, priorities, and available time resources.
Phase 2 — Topics & Focus Areas Identify relevant professional and personal themes — what needs to be reflected on to open up space for what's new?
Phase 3 — Positioning & Potential Analysis Conduct a work-related digital assessment (CAPTain®) — valid behavioral analysis, not personality diagnostics.
Phase 4 — Action Plan & Design Develop individual transition measures based on the preceding phases — aligned with needs, values, and potential.
Phase 5 — Market Analysis & Job Profile Define a fitting future role, analyze the job market, optimize application materials.
Phase 6 — Self-Marketing & USP Develop a strong self-marketing strategy, sharpen the individual profile, craft an authentic elevator pitch.
Phase 7 — Interview Preparation Simulate interviews — including in English. Strengthen presence, confidence, and clarity.
Phase 8 — Research & Market Placement Active job search, placement with headhunters, agencies, and networks.
Phase 9 — Selection & Interview Navigation Evaluate offers, make decisions, accompany the path to interviews.
Phase 10 — Contract Clarification & Offer Alignment Support contract negotiations — review roles, responsibilities, and conditions against profile and needs.
Phase 11 — Decision-Making Accompany the final decision — integrating professional, family, and personal criteria.
Phase 12 — Quality Assurance & Onboarding Reflective support during the first 90 days. Early detection of strain — guidance through integration.
03 Strategie & Organisationsentwicklung
CLARIFY GOALS. SHAPE THE WAY FORWARD.
Strategy is not a template — it is a living process. Looking clearly at the whole, making decisions today that lay the foundation for tomorrow's success. Recognizing opportunities, reducing risks — and shaping a course that people in the organization can follow.
My stance: systemic, empathetic, solution-oriented. I work not in the interest of individual shareholders, but in the interest of the entire system. I am not a liquidator — I am a developer.
The best solutions are often already present within the system — in the minds, hearts, and experience of the people I work with. I bring no ready-made answers. I listen, ask questions, challenge blind spots — and activate the potential that is already there.
What strategy development achieves:
• Fresh perspectives and sustainable concepts
• Clarity in navigating complexity
• Better communication and a strong shared direction
Let's think and develop forward — together.
UNDERSTAND STRUCTURES. UNLOCK POTENTIAL. STAY ON COURSE.
An organization is not an org chart. It is a living social structure — a sensitive system of people, relationships, rules, tensions, and goals. Organizational development means enabling growth from within — not imposing change from outside.
"Consultants? What do we need them for?" — If you think this way, you're not entirely wrong. The capacity for development already exists within the system. Yet there are situations that call for an external voice — one free from internal logic, fears, and role patterns.
I am not a turnaround specialist. Not a cost-cutter. I believe in dialogue, awareness, and smart support — together, not against each other.
What organizational consulting achieves:
• Clarity about what is — and what should be
• Awareness of structures, patterns, and cultures
• Activation of potential within the organization
• Strengthening of cooperation, communication, and leadership
• Professional guidance through growth and realignment
I work with the system — not against it. I listen, reflect, activate. I support where development makes sense — and where it is needed.
"The only way to motivate people is through communication." — Lee Iacocca
Let's rethink your organization.
04 Moderation & Mediation
CREATING SPACES FOR DIALOGUE AND ACTION.
Meetings, workshops, and conferences become effective when three conditions are met: the right people at the table, a clear agenda — and professional facilitation that ensures structure, dialogue, and goal orientation.
As an experienced process facilitator, I work with organizations, teams, and leaders — or develop people who want to take on this role themselves.
My role as facilitator:
• Neutral specialist for dialogue processes and facilitation techniques
• Relief for leaders by taking over process management
• Ensuring goal clarity, visualization, and outcome documentation
• Impartial, structured, present — always focused on resolution
My goal: turning those affected into active participants. I take all concerns seriously, encourage open exchange — and help groups recognize and connect the potential already present within them.
Because from connection comes direction. And from direction comes movement.
RESOLVING CONFLICTS. RESTORING STABILITY.
Professional business mediation comes into play wherever economic interests collide and tensions arise — in teams, leadership circles, family businesses, during ownership transitions, or between partners and clients.
Act early rather than lose later: Mediation helps prevent unnecessary escalation, dissolve entrenched positions, and stop negative developments early — efficiently, cost-effectively, and sustainably.
Areas of application within organizations:
• Between employees and management
• Between leaders and teams
• Between colleagues — e.g. in cases of workplace conflict
• Between management and works councils
• During change processes, labor disputes, co-determination
• Between business partners or shareholders
• During ownership transfers and succession planning
• In family businesses — including inheritance matters
Areas of application outside organizations:
• Conflicts with competing or partner firms
• Between franchisees and licensors
• Customer complaints, liability, and warranty disputes
• Trademark and competition law disputes
• During mergers, restructurings, and transitions
• In insolvency contexts
Certified quality: All mediators trained and certified at the Hertel Academy. Our work follows the standards of leading mediation associations in the DACH region — in particular the guidelines of the BMWA: 🔗 www.bmwa-deutschland.de(http://www.bmwa-deutschland.de/)
Clarify instead of fighting. Speak instead of staying silent. Act instead of hesitating.
05 Workshops & More

Training means practice. Not theorizing — but repeating, refining, and anchoring. Those who train regularly don't just change their behavior — they expand their possibilities.

INSPIRING LEARNING WITH LASTING IMPACT.
Workshops are not ends in themselves — they are spaces for concentration, exchange, insight, and movement. Far from frontal lectures and endless PowerPoint loops.
Our workshops are:
• Experience-oriented, not theory-heavy
• Application-focused, not method-obsessed
• Individually tailored, not off-the-shelf
• Activating & inspiring — connecting & moving
Whether for strategy retreats, culture impulses, team development, leadership growth, innovation, or self-reflection — we create the framework and fill it with the content that fits you.
Our credo: Joy + Insight = Power to change.
MOVEMENT. INSIGHT. EXPERIENCE.
True learning only happens when head, heart, and body are activated together. That's why we go outside — out of the office, out of routines, into Adventure Learning.
Teams embark on a guided journey through a prepared outdoor setting. Tasks, impulses, and methods wait in red letterboxes — tailored to topics like communication, leadership, conflict, or innovation. Speed doesn't matter, nor do points — what matters is shared understanding.
Why it works — three pathways of learning:
1. Change of location creates insight — nature confronts without judgment, liberates without intention, inspires without pressure.
2. Emotion activates learning — only when learning touches us emotionally does it truly change behavior.
3. Learning through experience — role models & imitation, insight & acceptance, boundary experience & growth.
Leadership begins with self-leadership. Adventure Learning is not off-the-shelf team building — it is a format for people who want to encounter themselves, to lead better and communicate more clearly.
CLEARNESS | AWARENESS | DEVELOPMENT
Unlimited spaces – for your conscious shift in perspective
UNLIMITED SPACES
CLARITY | AWARENESS | DEVELOPMENT
Studies show that decision-makers have an average of just seven minutes per day to themselves. Unlimited Spaces stands for consciously designed spaces — for retreat, reorientation, and deep clarification. Places of power that inspire, slow down, and connect.
Whether retreats, executive navigation, team or strategy development — we combine professional thinking with transformative environments. The human being is at the center: in their role, with their questions, in their full life reality.
Our destinations — connected worldwide:
• Tarifa, Spain — Where Europe meets Africa. Space, wind, and being fully present.

06 Leadership Academy
BECAUSE PEOPLE MAKE THE DIFFERENCE.
The right people are and remain the key to organizational success. Yet finding, developing, and retaining them is becoming the greatest challenge of the coming years. The competition for talent is fierce — and will intensify. What's needed: foresight, reliable retention strategies, and a consistently strategic approach to people development.
Strategic PE is far more than organizing trainings. It is a central lever of organizational development — because people can only give their best when structures, communication, and culture grow with them.
PE is not just PE — three key distinctions:
• Initial training — foundational professional skills for a role
• Continuing education — expanding existing competencies within a field
• Further development — new perspectives, roles, and professional horizons
How I design PE — tailored formats per target group:
• Individual navigation for leaders and specialists
• Trainings for key competency development
• Mentoring programs for emerging leaders
• Team development for cooperation and accountability
• Workshops and learning labs
• Feedback systems & potential diagnostics (CAPTain Test®)
Leadership is a profession — and must be learned. Developing specialists into leaders means: building character, taking responsibility, shaping communication, making decisions, leading people.
My PE work delivers:
• Clear development paths for talent
• Better retention and lower turnover
• Visible competency gains
• A stronger leadership team
• Higher identification with the organization
LEADERSHIP IS LEARNED, LIVED, AND CONTINUOUSLY DEVELOPED.
Leading requires far more than technical expertise — inner clarity, communicative strength, strategic thinking, emotional intelligence, and the ability to empower others. 07 Integral Life & Business Coaching
THINK CLEARLY. ACT INTEGRALLY. LIVE WITH IMPACT.
"There is no outer development without an inner development to hold it in place." — Ken Wilber
I work in an integral way with people, teams, and organizations. My approach: to engage with the human being and their world through as many perspectives as possible. Every person has an innate perspective through which they relate to the world. Getting to know these perspectives helps us understand each other better — and become aware of our blind spots.
Working integrally means including as many relevant truths as possible — from East and West, from pre-modernity, modernity, and post-modernity, from the exact natural sciences as well as the subtle sciences of spirituality.
AQAL — The Integral Model of Ken Wilber
Ken Wilber describes his integral theory with the term AQAL — pronounced "aw-qwal" — as shorthand for: "all quadrants, all levels, all lines, all states, all types." These five elements form the foundational factors for a comprehensive understanding of human development.
Quadrants — The four quadrants represent the fundamental perspectives of every holon: the interior and exterior of the individual and the collective. The dimensions "I" (subjective), "It" (objective), "We" (intersubjective), and "Its" (interobjective) — the world of consciousness, bodies, culture, and systems.
Levels — Developmental stages that unfold in sequences and overlap — ranging from egocentric through ethnocentric to worldcentric or kosmocentric perspectives.
Lines — Various intelligences and capacities that develop partly independently: cognitive, emotional, moral, or kinesthetic lines. Not all develop at the same rate or to the same degree.
States — Temporary forms of consciousness such as waking, dreaming, deep sleep, meditative states, or peak experiences. They can open access to higher developmental levels.
Types — Stylistic and structural differences within each developmental level: masculine/feminine, Enneagram, Myers-Briggs. They influence how development is experienced.
Ken Wilber: Life and Legacy
Ken Wilber is one of the most translated non-fiction authors in the United States. At just 23, he wrote his first book, "The Spectrum of Consciousness." He has authored over 25 books translated into more than 30 languages. Wilber lives in Denver, Colorado, and continues to work as an author, teacher, and philosopher.
His "Integral Approach" and "Theory of Everything" have gained worldwide recognition. In 2002, he founded the Integral Institute — advancing research, education, and practical application of integral theory. The foundation of his work is Integral Methodological Pluralism (IMP): uniting all relevant sources of knowledge into a coherent whole.
Selected quotes:
"That all opposites — such as mass and energy, subject and object, life and death — are so much together that they are completely inseparable still seems hard to believe for most of us. That is only because we accept the boundary between opposites as real."
"You can be aware of your body, but also of your mind. When you begin to experience the mind directly and clearly, you can begin to transcend it and free yourself from its limitations."
"Through the opening or clarification of one's own consciousness, higher truths, subtler revelations, and deep connections can flash into awareness."
"You are not the one who experiences liberation; you are the clearing, the opening, the emptiness, in which every experience comes and goes, like reflections in a mirror. And you are the mirror — the mirror mind, not any single reflection."
08 Mentoring & Life Coaching
FROM IDEA TO SUCCESS.
"It always begins with just an idea — and the courage to start. Without guarantees, without a safety net. Often against doubt. Accompanied by setbacks, standstill — and the quiet thought of giving up. But those who don't give up grow through the obstacles. And eventually it becomes clear: success is not whether something works out — but how you hold steady within." — Holger
When you found a company, you carry 24/7 responsibility. Three traps lie in wait from the start:
Responsibility & Clarity — Who is responsible for what? With co-founders or a first team, this becomes diffuse fast. And what is diffuse becomes dangerous — for focus, motivation, and collaboration.
People & Thinking Partners — You need people who fit you — not just professionally, but humanly. And who stay. High turnover kills even the most promising startup faster than any insolvency.
Processes & Paperwork — Not complex checklists, but smart, lean workflows. They save time, money, and nerves — and ensure you don't become what you never wanted to be: scattered, overwhelmed, burned out.
And that's just the beginning. Vision. Values. Target groups. Brand building. Sales. Financing. Scaling — everything it takes to turn a good idea into a successful business. That's exactly what we're here for.
STARTUP MENTORING with Holger — I was a founder myself. I work with a network of experienced entrepreneurs who were all young founders once — and pass on exactly the impulses, experience, and tools you need at this stage.
Let's talk. Free. Clear. Focused. 30-minute FREECHAT — once free per founder / team / startup Valid with verifiable founding or concrete preparation. Get in touch to find a time.
FINDING CLARITY & NEW PATHS.
We accompany people who sense: there is more in me. And I want to unfold it.
Integral Life Navigation places personal themes at the center: life purpose, self-realization, inner clarity, partnership, health, spirituality, joy — and the big question: How do I want to live? And who do I want to be?
Integral Life Navigation is not a guide to happiness — it is an invitation to inner navigation. We support people in rediscovering their inner compass, questioning old patterns, understanding unconscious dynamics, making powerful decisions — and walking their own path with clarity, courage, and trust.
In the integral approach, we see the human being always as a whole. Life has no clear dividing lines between work, family, body, mind, and soul. We work not "either/or" — but both/and.
What Integral Life Navigation can achieve:
• Clarity on personal or spiritual questions
• Support during crises, transitions, and decisions
• Reflection on values, motives, roles, and needs
• Development of self-awareness, self-responsibility, self-leadership
• Deeper understanding of relationships and life patterns
• Activation of inner resources and emotional resilience
Both Tanja Belinda and I bring extensive experience working with people, systems, and spiritual development paths. Integral means: everything belongs. And everything is allowed.
ALIGNING THINKING AND FEELING. GENERATING ENERGY.
The coherence of head and heart is the key to clarity, health, and conscious living.
Around 70,000 thoughts flow through our consciousness daily — and 90% of them are identical to yesterday's thoughts. Those who think like yesterday will experience tomorrow the same way. The problem is not our thinking. The problem is that we believe our thoughts — nailed to the loop of our past. But we can learn to think anew, feel anew, act anew.
Thoughts shape reality — scientifically proven
In a study, two groups trained the same finger for 4 weeks: one physically, one purely mentally.
• The physical group increased muscle strength by 30%
• The mental group — without any movement — by an astonishing 22%
The brain does not distinguish between what is actually experienced and what is intensely imagined. It responds to impulses — and begins to learn what we teach it.
The cycle: Thoughts → Emotions → Personality
Recurring thoughts generate familiar emotions. These shape our mood, which creates our temperament — and ultimately defines our personality. This is how we unconsciously create a self-image on repeat. But we can break this cycle.
What Mind-Heart-Sync offers:
• Gaining new inner perspectives
• Shifting focus, clarifying energy
• Recalibrating yourself
• Through conscious practice, precise techniques, and mindful guidance
The process — individual, honest, profound:
1. Initial conversation (phone or video) — clarify goals, wishes, challenges
2. Starting with clarity — mutual decision for the shared journey
3. Guided at your pace — independent practice with on-demand navigation (10–20 min., phone or video)
4. Methods that work — tools from science, neurobiology, meditation, quantum physics, and consciousness research
What you invest is not money — but dedication. Because development is not a lecture. Development is practice.
My path — my sources

• "The Formula" (Progressive Workshop)
• "Redesign Your Destiny" (Advanced Workshop)
• "Making Your Mind Matter"
About Dr. Joe Dispenza Dr. Joe Dispenza is a chiropractor, lecturer at the International Quantum University for Integrative Medicine in Honolulu, and researcher in neurology, neuroplasticity, epigenetics, brain function, consciousness research, aging, and longevity. WHY WE DO WHAT WE DO
because shift happens
I have dedicated my life and work to the development of people and organizations. Change is never comfortable — but it is necessary. Settling for the familiar costs no effort. Yet that is precisely the danger: habit holds us in patterns that have long since passed.
Those who truly want to reshape their lives need courage, clarity, and determination. The truly worthwhile things are reached only by those willing to become explorers — and to take responsibility.
OUR STANCE ON PEOPLE & DEVELOPMENT
We work with people who trust the same experiences I trust. We believe in a world where people come first. Technology and innovation follow this standard — not the other way around. Those who recognize this invest in people: develop them excellently, ensure fit, develop them continuously.
"In the end, all business operations can be reduced to three words: people, products, and profits. People come first. If you don't have a good team, you can't do much with the other two." — Lee Iacocca
VALUES & GUIDELINES OF OUR WORK
These principles are not a showpiece. They sustain us when things get uncomfortable. Give direction when things get complex. And grant clarity when decisions must be made. We live what we teach.
1. Commitment — We honor our word — spoken and written. Commitment is the core of all communication: loyalty, connection, and consciously standing behind what we have promised.
2. Self-responsibility — We take consistent responsibility for our thinking, feeling, speaking, and acting — and encourage every person to take responsibility for themselves.
3. Integrity — Integrity demands clarity and fosters clarification: acknowledging diversity, integrating difference, enabling plurality — while remaining fully ourselves.
4. Value creation — We want to be valuable — creative, innovative, effective. Value creation begins with continued development and resource-oriented learning.
5. Client-centricity — At the center is the success and satisfaction of our clients. Clear visions, goals, and strategies give direction — consulting with stance and impact.
6. Future orientation — We act from the vision of a vibrant, peaceful, and boldly shaped future — guided by a humanistic spirit and ethical commitment to the common good.
7. Systemic action — We see organizations as living systems with a will to grow, inner dynamics, and their own logic. The systemic-holistic perspective is the foundation of leadership and development.
8. Constructivism — We believe not in one truth — but in many perspectives. We follow psychological constructivism and open spaces for understanding, diversity, and shared development.
9. Solution focus — We direct our gaze toward solutions — not problems (after Steve de Shazer). Analyze problems — create paths — activate solutions.
10. Quality awareness — We strive for quality at the highest level. Leadership and management become tangible, visible, and measurable — with lasting impact.
11. Process orientation — We direct attention to processes, workflows, and cause-and-effect relationships. Numbers don't tell everything. Every act of measuring is an act of observation — and every observer is part of the process.
12. Professionalism — Professionalism means competent, committed action — in ourselves and in our dealings with others. Weaknesses and mistakes are opportunities for growth.
If you feel addressed, it is no coincidence. Perhaps now is exactly the right moment.
HOW I UNDERSTAND AND SHAPE DEVELOPMENT
I dedicate my work to the development of people and the growth of social systems.
My approach is systemically grounded — oriented toward:
• Neuroscience, epigenetics, and quantum physics (Dr. Joe Dispenza)
• Learning organizations (Peter M. Senge)
• Integral theory (Ken Wilber)
• Constructivism (Ernst von Glaserfeld, Paul Watzlawick, Heinz von Foerster)
• Modern learning psychology
Through more than 40 years as an independent entrepreneur, I have developed deep understanding of people management, organizational leadership, and integral strategy development. My love of distant countries has taken me on journeys across all continents — studying other philosophies, ways of life, and patterns of thinking, expanding my own horizon. This potential I make available to all who wish to entrust me with a part of their journey.
I look at the detail — and move the whole.
11 Holger
With a clear eye for what matters, analytical precision, and a passion for innovative solutions, Holger brings people and projects onto course. His thinking is free, his strategies deliberate, his actions focused. He has dedicated his life to the development of people and systems.
A PATH BETWEEN WILDNESS, TRANSFORMATION GROWTH & IMPACT
"With a clear mind and a warm heart, Holger supports people and systems in discovering their hidden qualities — and fully unfolding their true potential."
Holger is a committed perpetual traveler. His love of foreign cultures and philosophies has taken him on countless journeys across all continents — shaping his open approach and philosophy of life.
He lives the values of freedom, self-responsibility, and self-determination. His work inspires people to actively shape change and see challenges as opportunities for growth — always with the big picture in view and a deep appreciation for details.
For nearly 30 years, he has deepened his understanding of Eastern philosophies and contemplative practices — a source that continually inspires his daily actions and thinking. With his unique combination of entrepreneurial knowledge, spiritual depth, and systemic thinking, Holger is a sought-after companion for development and growth.
NAVIGATION WITH CLARITY, COMPASSION & DEPTH
As a successful entrepreneur, Holger draws on over four decades of experience — including 23 years in event management, catering, and gastronomy.
As CEO of the legendary Hamburg Café Schöne Aussichten, he set new standards and created iconic formats such as the "Afterwork Club — The Original," the "Effendee Party," and — as early as 1994 — the concept of "Public Viewing." From 1992 to 2007, he was co-founder and COO of the renowned catering company Boa Vista — operating internationally for events with up to 7,000 guests.
In parallel, Holger developed his expertise as an integral navigator. For over 23 years, he has accompanied people and organizations. From 2008 to 2020, he was a lecturer at the Stadtwerke Academy — developing innovative leadership programs combining neuroscience, quantum physics, learning psychology, and constructivism.
Today, Holger integrates these approaches through modern methods including Integral Theory, HeartMath®, Epigenetic Transformation, and The Art of Meditation.
MY ASSUMPTIONS ON DEVELOPMENT & LEADERSHIP
1. Organizational development succeeds only when linked to intelligent people development. OD and PD are inseparable.
2. The most important drivers of success are the leaders. They carry the vision of the future into the organization — through stance, role modeling, and execution power. Their behavior is the key to quality and success.
3. Measurable parameters are essential. You can only hold course if the destination is known — that is a leadership responsibility.
4. Employees need a clear, credible, and motivating picture of the future. As a leader, I share responsibility for the path toward it.
5. Every person translates the future picture into their own "inner map." That is why I continually deepen shared understanding through dialogue and creative impulses.
6. Employees must be well trained. Leaders need personality, stance, and integrity — to lead with conviction.
7. Investments in development are investments in the future. I rely on clear competency models — within the framework of a "House of Competencies."
8. Communication disruptions are part of daily life. I see them as potential — when handled professionally. From tension, development can emerge.
9. In the end, what counts is not the concept — but performance. What matters is real execution capacity. I accompany people in putting their potential on the road.
10. I want people who share this understanding of development to receive opportunities. Responsibility. Influence. Room to shape. That creates positive magnetism — attracting the right people and binding them long-term.
12 Tanja Belinda
"Here is my secret. It is very simple: it is only with the heart that one can see rightly. What is essential is invisible to the eye." — Antoine de Saint-Exupéry
Tanja Belinda — Tanny — works in the field of frequency work. She accompanies women in transition phases, young people in orientation processes, and all who sense: superficial solutions no longer hold.
Her work is preverbal and pre-rational — it happens before language, before the mind. She works with perception, presence, and energetic alignment. This means: you experience directly — through your body, your intuition, your energy — before the mind analyzes or categorizes.
Exhaustion comes from clinging to what no longer fits. Tanny opens spaces for new frequency levels: not holding on, not explaining — but letting go, perceiving, trusting.
Her work takes place in:
• Silent Space — silence, awareness, inner truth (Telegram group, free)
• Bridge Calls — painting frequency images together on current themes (90 min. | 22 EUR)
• Monday Meditation — weekly impulse for inner stillness and alignment (free)
• Individual Sessions — personal themes through color, form, and intuitive presence (60 min. | 75 EUR)
• DeepDiving — deep integration processes for a complete passage (120 min. | 150 EUR)
Tanny works at eye level — not as a therapist, but as a space facilitator and guide.

14 Like Lions
UNITING TWO HEARTFELT CAUSES — FOR STRONG FAMILIES & FREE CHILDREN IN A VIBRANT FUTURE.
Like Lions stands for families with integrity. For children with courage. For places with soul. For a life carried by awareness, trust, and genuine community.
Our projects connect healthy living spaces with values-based education. Families have room to unfold — children experience how freedom, care, and community are lived practically. We cultivate self-responsibility: people should no longer depend on systems that keep them small, but learn to care for their lives, their children, and their environment with self-determination.
CONFIDENT CHILDREN WITH CLEAR VALUES, WARM HEARTS & OPEN MINDS
The five most valuable gifts have nothing to do with money or luxury — they are about inner strength, clarity, and the ability to master life.
Resilience — Children develop resilience: they learn to handle setbacks, mistakes, and obstacles, get back up, and grow through every experience.
Self-confidence — Children who are aware of their abilities act with greater confidence. They think critically, act reflectively, and have the courage to take new paths.
Independence — They develop autonomy and decisiveness, take responsibility for their lives, and are less susceptible to external pressure or manipulation.
Leadership competence — Those who carry self-confidence and resilience often become natural leaders — daring to take responsibility and inspire others.
Empathy — True strength shows not only in assertiveness but also in compassion. Like Lions children understand that kindness, respect, and mutual support are as important as courage and clarity.
Like Lions prepares children and young people for a VUCA world — volatility, uncertainty, complexity, ambiguity. We cultivate: clarity, courage, resilience, self-leadership, critical thinking, and emotional stability.
Strong children grow with clear values, genuine support, and a lovingly challenging environment. They learn to stand up for themselves — and at the same time to be a valuable part of society.

WHAT IS BUSINESS TRAINING — AND WHY DOES IT WORK?
Training means practice. Not theorizing — but repeating, refining, and anchoring. Those who train regularly don't just change their behavior — they expand their possibilities.
Business training is like a gym for communication and relationship skills: communicate with impact, handle conflict with confidence, lead teams — present, clear, and committed.
iNavigare Business Trainings — structured. alive. effective. Tailored to your target group, your daily reality, and your challenges. The group dynamic acts as a mirror — learning with and from others, hands-on, interactive, and lasting.
1. Behavioral Trainings — focus on presence, impact, communication & relationships

• Thailand — Temples, jungle, silence. Gentleness and spiritual depth.
• Philippines — Turquoise waters, untouched islands, a smile that reaches the soul.
• Bali — Island of the Gods. Sacred ground, creative energy, vibrant mindfulness.
• Australia — Wide horizons, ancient cultures, a nature that reorders everything.
• Fiji Islands — Timelessness in its purest form. Warm people, radiant simplicity.
• Costa Rica — Jungle, ocean, Pura Vida. Nature that heals. Places that hold.
• Argentina — Powerful, wild, alive. Between the Andes and tango, visions find space.
For over 23 years, the iNavigare.com | LeadershipAcademy has guided specialists toward genuine leadership — cross-industry, SME-focused, human-centered.
What the LeadershipAcademy delivers:
Clarity in leadership understanding — leadership is not a title, but a stance. Participants develop a reflective picture of what leadership means to them — and how they want to have impact.
Strengthening self-leadership — those who can lead themselves can lead others. Aligned self-management in complex situations, difficult decisions, and high-pressure phases.
Communication at leadership level — leading means communicating: clearly, empathetically, effectively. Even in conflicts, crises, and change processes.
Confident handling of dynamics — agility, uncertainty, and change are everyday realities. Strong leaders provide orientation even when not everything is clear.
Culture-building & role modeling — leaders shape organizational culture through their decisions, behavior, and values. Personality development as a central leadership instrument.
Measurable impact in daily practice — practice-oriented development spaces. What is learned is transferred directly into leadership practice.
Target groups: Emerging leaders · Experienced staff with leadership mandate · Team and department heads · Division managers · Managing directors & owners · Entrepreneurs and internal trainers
FROM COLLEAGUE TO LEADER — PERSONALITY & ROLE COMPETENCE
Ideal for new leaders before or within the first three months of their leadership role.
The step into leadership is one of the most decisive developmental leaps in a career. New rules apply. What worked as a specialist no longer suffices. Leadership is not a title — it is a profession that can and must be learned. LEADERSHIP LEVEL 1 closes exactly this gap.
What to expect: Clarity on the new role, typical obstacles, pitfalls, and role conflicts. Reflection on individual strengths and blind spots. Practical leadership tools, feedback and conversation techniques — and a first sustainable model for situational leadership.

• Leadership begins with self-leadership — clarity on values, motives, potential
• What is expected of me? — demands, tasks, scope
• Without mandate, no action — how to claim your leadership role
• Clarify the role — shape the role — handle role conflicts
• Leading with personality — what sustains me, what limits me

• NK = Ask & Clarify — verify what was understood, not assumed
• Peer case consultation & learning with and from others

Duration: 3 intensive days | Next step: Leadership Level 2–4
COMMUNICATE & COOPERATE — WORKING TOGETHER PROFESSIONALLY

I have been a student of a Tibetan Buddhist lineage for over 30 years. I have read deeply in the writings of constructivism. I have learned from Ken Wilber, Heinz von Foerster, Wayne Dyer, and the 16th Karmapa.
Dr. Joe Dispenza has accompanied my work since 2005 — all books read, tools practiced, methods internalized — and the following seminars completed:
