02 Management Sparing & Outplacement
REFLECTION. DIRECTION. RESILLIENCE .
Most executives need exactly this:
An experienced sparring partner – someone they can discuss their professional reality with, openly and confidentially.
I offer exactly that.
Leadership Sparring condenses proven coaching methods and develops them directly within the work process.
The term originates from boxing – standing for real encounters, resistance, reflection, and precision.
This is precisely why sparring is an effective format for executives, entrepreneurs, and managers – especially during times of transformation, when transitioning into new roles, or under high pressure.
The supreme discipline in business coaching
I work with creative and systemic methods: Circular questioning, scenario techniques, confrontational feedback, short-term analysis, and elements of solution-focused consulting (according to Steve de Shazer).
Business coaching at Top-Level
In sparring, the goal is to recognize, develop, and courageously implement new pathways. I call this Action Coaching or Transformation Coaching. The advantage: I bring an external perspective to the system – along with over four decades of experience as an entrepreneur, manager, coach – and six decades of life experience – into our work together.
Your time is your most valuable resource
That’s why I combine communication channels – phone, video, messenger, email, in-person – into your personal coaching hotline. You bring your topics – anytime. I respond promptly – discreetly, effectively, and solution-oriented.
Upon request and agreement: 24/7/365 service available.
Leadership Sparring requires a high capacity for reflection – both from the coach and the client. It only works with people who have no fear of honest, deep communication – and who are willing to work authentically and profoundly.
Individual. Highly effective. On-demand.
You determine the time, duration, and format of our sparring. Possible options include:
Phone (landline, mobile)
Messenger (iMessage, Signal, Threema, WhatsApp, Telegram, Discord)
Correspondence (email)
Video (Zoom, FaceTime, MS Teams, Webex, Go-To-Meeting, Skype)
In-person (external location, on-site at your company, outdoor – worldwide)
Leadership Sparring´s via formats 1–4 are billed in 10-minute increments, in-person sparrings (5) by hourly rate, plus any applicable expenses
CREATE CLARITY. MAKING DECISIONS. DESIGN THE FUTURE.
I understand integral business coaching as partnership at eye level.
It is individual, professional, impactful – and focused on what people truly need in complex systems: orientation, clarity, and agency.
Business coaching supports executives, entrepreneurs, teams, and specialists in not just solving their tasks technically, but mastering them emotionally, mentally, and interpersonally.
What integral business coaching is – and what it isn’t
Integral business coaching is not therapy. It is not problem-centered; it is a solution- and resource-oriented space for development.
I work with my clients towards their goals – concrete, confidential, structured.
My approach is systemic – because I never see just the individual, but also the system they operate in:
organization, responsibility, relationships, communication, self-leadership.
I remain external – yet deeply engaged.
As an integral coach, I am neutral, clear, present – asking exactly the questions others internally no longer dare to ask. And I reconnect the links that often get lost inside organizations.
What integral business coaching can achieve
Integral business coaching supports people become:
effective without overburdening themselves
capable without becoming rigid
present without being loud
clear without losing their way
Whether in one-on-one coaching, executive sparring, or team settings:
I support people better understand themselves and their role within the system – and from there, to develop new, viable paths.
Why “integral”? And what it has to do with iNavigare.com
I work as an INTEGRAL LIFE & BUSINESS COACH because I keep the whole picture in view. Integral coaching means for me:
connecting all levels (cognition, emotion, body, attitude)
integrating all perspectives (I, You, We, It)
embracing all life areas (career, relationships, purpose, health)
without judgment. Without narrowing the view.
The small “i” in iNavigare stands for exactly that:
integral thinking, inner work, individuality in the context of responsibility.
I do not just coach the “business role” – I coach the whole human being seeking to be effective through that role.
43 years of entrepreneurship. 22 years of Human Development.
I have been self-employed for 43 years, working in human & organizational development for over 23 years – as a certified coach, trainer and consultant.
I know what it means to be in full responsibility. I know the heights – and the deep valleys. My clients benefit from this experience, my clear perspective, my structured thinking – and my ability to create calm, direction, and new perspectives even in challenging moments.
Integral business coaching with me is:
personal, intensive, and practical
free from ideology – but full of principles
resource-activating rather than problem-focused
methodologically precise – and humanly close
an ideal complement to trainings, leadership programs, or transformation processes
NAVIGATE TRANSITIONS & CREATE NEW OPPORTUNITIES
Change is never easy - Especially when it affects your professional home.
Outplacement Consulting begins exactly at this point: when career paths diverge and new perspectives must be created.
As a coach, sparring partner, and process facilitator, I help people navigate their transition into a new professional future – securely, confidently, and systematically – focusing on what they truly can, want, and need.
What is Outplacement?
Outplacement is a professional form of support for employees who are leaving (or must leave) a company – whether due to restructuring, downsizing, contract terminations, or personal reorientation.
It is often financed by the employer – out of respect, fairness, and the desire for a smooth transition.
The goal is to open up a new career perspective for those affected – quickly, precisely, and sustainably.
At the same time, Outplacement also benefits companies by:
Promoting a culture of respectful separation
Preventing internal unrest
Preserving reputation and employer branding
Avoiding escalation, conflicts, or legal disputes
What Outplacement achieves
Orientation during uncertain phases
Activation of personal resources
Clear strategies for the application process
Development of a future-proof self-image
Professional support until the start of the new job
Long-term security of professional success
My Outplacement Process – 12 Phases with Structure
Phase 1 – Clarifying Goals & Timing
What expectations, goals, and priorities does the client bring?
What time resources are available?
What is a meaningful cadence for the collaboration?
Phase 2 – Topics & Focus Areas
What professional and personal topics are relevant?
What needs to be reflected on to be free for something new?
Which learnings from the past are crucial for the future?
Phase 3 – Status Quo & Potential Analysis
Conducting a job-related digital assessment (CAPTain).
No personality diagnostics – but a valid behavioral analysis in a professional context.
Goal: A realistic view of behavioral potentials and strengths.
Phase 4 – Action Plan & Coaching Design
Developing individualized outplacement measures based on the previous phases.
Alignment with the client’s real needs, values, and potential.
Phase 5 – Market Analysis & Job Profile
Defining an appropriate future role.
Analyzing the job market.
Optimizing application documents – clear, honest, persuasive.
Phase 6 – Self-Marketing & Unique Selling Proposition (USP)
Developing a strong self-marketing strategy.
Sharpening the individual profile.
Crafting an authentic elevator pitch.
Phase 7 – Application Coaching
Simulating job interviews – also in German.
Adapting to different industries, hierarchy levels, and role profiles.
Enhancing presence, confidence, and clarity.
In my Outplacement approach, it is not simply about reintegration into the job market – it is about dignity. Growth. Opportunity. Connection. Clarity.
If you or your employees are ready for a fresh start –
let it be guided professionally, thoughtfully, and with genuine care.
Phase 8 – Research & Market Placement
Active search for suitable positions – including individual job research.
Placement with headhunters, agencies, networks, and referrers.
Phase 9 – Selection & Interview Coaching
Creating a checklist for evaluating offers.
Scenario work and decision-making coaching.
Guidance toward interview preparation.
Phase 10 – Contract Clarification & Offer Alignment
Support during contract negotiations.
Review of roles, tasks, and conditions aligned with the client’s profile and needs.
Phase 11 – Decision-Making
Sustainable sparring for the final decision.
Integrating professional, familial, and personal criteria.
Ensuring the right fit – rather than short-term compromises.
Phase 12 – Quality Assurance & Onboarding Support
Reflecting during the first 90 days in the new role.
Early detection of stress, imbalance, or the need for adjustment.
Supporting integration – also with a focus on life-work balance.
Conclusion – Rethinking Outplacement
I am not just an Outplacement Consultant.
I am an entrepreneur, coach, system facilitator – and someone who truly understands the lives and realities of people in professional transitions.
03 Strategie & Organisationsentwicklung
DESIGNING MENINGFUL STRUCTURES AND PROCESSES
Strategy is not a template – it’s a process
For me, strategy development is a core element of business consulting.
Strategy means looking at the big picture with clarity – and making decisions today that will build the foundation for tomorrow’s success. It’s about recognizing opportunities, minimizing risks – and shaping a path that people within the company can follow. Strategy is not a rigid concept. It’s a living process – one that must be wisely guided, clearly communicated, and consistently implemented.
My approach: systemic, empathetic, solution-focused
I don’t work for the interests of individual shareholders – I work in service of the entire system.
I am not a cold technocrat – but a systemic thinker and empathetic consultant.
I’m not an “executor” – I’m a developer.
I firmly believe
The best solutions are often already present within the system – in the minds, hearts, and experiences of the people I work with.
I don’t come with ready-made answers.
I listen, ask questions, challenge blind spots – and activate the potentials that are already there.
I provide impulses, develop ideas, stay constructively challenging – and remain humble in the process.
What effective strategy development can achieve:
New perspectives & fresh ideas
Well-founded analyses & robust concepts
Clarity in navigating change
Better communication & a strong shared direction
Let’s shape the future together.
BUILD PROCESSES THAT GROW WITH YOU
Why do I talk about organizational development?
Because I work with entrepreneurs who truly want to develop their companies – not just manage them.
Because I understand the logic of change processes – with all their dynamics, resistances, and opportunities.
Because I know
Development is always learning – and thus the targeted unfolding of potential.
On the individual level.
On the team level.
On the organizational level.
What organizations truly are
A company is not an organizational chart.
It’s not a balance sheet either.
A company is a living social structure – a sensitive system made up of people, relationships, rules, stories, tensions, and goals.
Organizations need leadership with character
Clear structures, yes – but also a fine touch.
Responsibility, yes – but also trust.
It takes entrepreneurs who are willing to embrace the complexity of reality – and who focus not on quick fixes, but on sustainable development.
What organizational development (OD) can achieve and OD means:
Clarity about what is – and what should be
Raising awareness of structures, patterns, and cultures
Activating potentials within the company
Encouraging ownership and accountability
Strengthening cooperation, communication, and leadership
Professional support during change, growth, and realignment
I don’t work on symptoms – I work on causes.
I don’t design “solutions on a drawing board” – I help you develop your organization sustainably from within.
What good organizational developers must be able to do
Good OD requires people who think systemically and act systematically.
People who can design processes – and at the same time respect relationships.
OD requires:
Psychological intuition
Methodical expertise
Structural clarity
Resonance and empathy
And the ability to see an organization for what it truly is: A complex, dynamic system that wants to grow – if we let it.
Because, success is not a coincidence.
Numbers are important – but they are results, not causes.
Success comes from good leadership.
And good leadership stems from personality, communication, and a clear development strategy.
Or, to put it in the words of Lee Iacocca
“The only way to motivate people is through communication.”
Let’s rethink your organization together.
UNDERSTAND WHAT WORKS & GUIDE CHANGE
“Consultants? Why would we need them? We are the real experts in our own company!”
If that’s what you’re thinking, you’re not wrong. Two things are absolutely true:
The power for development already lies within the system itself.
And often, the best consultants are the people within the organization – if they are empowered.
But this is also true:
There are situations where it would be negligent not to seek an external perspective. Situations where internal resources are not sufficient.
Or where a voice is needed that can speak and act freely – unaffected by corporate logics, fears, or role patterns.
What I mean by organizational consulting – and what I don’t
I am not a fixer.
I am not a cost-cutter.
I am not here to bring fear and pressure into your organization.
I believe in the opposite: in understanding, awareness, and intelligent support.
Organizational consulting, for me, means
Enabling development. Understanding structures. Making tensions visible. Supporting processes. Strengthening talents.
And creating solutions together that are genuinely carried by the organization itself.
I work with the system – not against it.
I bring people on board – I don’t throw them overboard.
I am neither a know-it-all nor a disciplinarian – but a temporary partner, offering an outside view with a deep understanding of internal dynamics.
Why I’m here – and how I work
Sometimes, a company needs impulses, catalysts, new perspectives, or appropriate tools.
That’s when I come in – for a clearly defined period, with a clear mission and clear stance.
I work systemically and pragmatically
I bring structure and direction where things have become unclear
I listen, ask questions, reflect, and activate potential
I support development where it makes sense – and where it is needed
What I don’t do,
instill fear, assign blame, or bypass people.
What I do,
help activate knowledge, harness potential, and implement change that is supported from within.
Organizational consulting, for me, means
Collaboration instead of confrontation
Clarity instead of control
Development instead of pressure
Awareness instead of blind actionism
Future focus instead of problem fixation
Let’s take a clear look together – and think forward.
04 Moderation & Mediation
ENABLE DIALOGUE & COLLECTIVE ACTION
Creating space, fostering clarity, enabling movement
Meetings, discussions, or conferences only become effective when three essential conditions are met:
The right people are at the table
A clear agenda provides direction
And professional facilitation ensures structure, dialogue, and goal orientation
I support organizations, teams, and leaders as an experienced process facilitator and moderator – or I train individuals who want to take on this role themselves.
When an external facilitator makes sense
Especially for critical meetings, workshops, or transformation initiatives, it is highly worthwhile to engage an external process facilitator.
My role as a facilitator means
I act as a neutral specialist in dialogue processes and facilitation techniques
I relieve leadership teams by taking over facilitation and process guidance
I ensure clarity of goals, effective visualization, and concrete results
I moderate tensions and channel them into productive dynamics
I support groups and organizations to address their topics concretely, clearly, constructively, and effectively – often achieving significantly better results than without external support.
I am impartial, structured, present – and always focused on solutions and mutual understanding.
What distinguishes my work as a facilitator
I design processes that help people genuinely enter into dialogue with each other.
The goal is to move beyond values, opinions, or assumptions – to truly listen, understand diverse perspectives, and develop shared strategies.
I create open, honest, goal-driven, and meaningful communication environments.
I prepare each engagement with sharp focus – and accompany development and transformation processes at the team, department, or organizational level.
My objective: Turning those affected into active participants
I take the concerns of all participants seriously.
I encourage the open exchange of relevant information.
I support groups in recognizing the potential that already exists – and connecting it intelligently.
Because from connection arises direction. And from direction arises momentum.

A little preview
In the next section, you’ll learn more about a very special format
that has already inspired many of our clients:
Tarifa Unlimited – Leadership & Life Trainings at one of Europe’s most magical places.
Sun, wind, vastness – combined with deep development, coaching, and transformation.
MOVEMENT. INSIGHTS. EXPERIENCES.
Learning in motion. Thinking outdoors. Gaining insight through experience.
Why “Learning Yourney”?
A fair question – especially in a world where workshops usually take place in air-conditioned 4- or 5-star hotels.
So why the effort? Why venture out into nature with red mailboxes, small key puzzles, and winding paths?
The answer is simple
Because we don’t just want to teach – we want to anchor.
Because we know that true learning only happens when head, heart, and body are activated together.
The Setting: Nature – neutral, powerful, honest
Nature does not judge. It does not evaluate.
It can be challenging, strengthening, calm, or stormy –
and thus the ideal mirror for personal processes, team dynamics, and leadership development.
That’s why we go outside
Out of the office
Out of routines
Into movement
Into experience
Into Adventure Learning
The Flow - Move. Discover. Understand.
Teams embark on a guided journey through a prepared natural area.
Along the way, they discover tasks, impulses, and methods – hidden in red mailboxes that must be opened with keys.
The content? Individually tailored – on topics like communication, change, leadership, conflict, cooperation, or innovation.
But it’s not about speed.
Not about points.
Not about winning.
It’s about understanding – together.
About explaining what a principle, a technique, or a leadership impulse really means.
And how exactly that impulse truly resonates in people.
Why it works
1. A change of scenery creates insight
It’s not just the content that shapes learning – the context is crucial.
Nature acts like a coaching partner – more honest than any human. It confronts – without judgment. It expands – without intention. It inspires – without pressure.
2. Emotion activates learning
The limbic system – our emotional center – decides what we absorb, retain, and transform.
Only when learning touches us emotionally can it truly transform behavior.
And that’s exactly what we create: Impulses that touch the heart.
3. Learning through experience
People learn in three ways:
By modeling and imitation
Through insight and acceptance
Through challenge and boundary experiences
We choose the third way – not as an imposition, but as an invitation to expansion. What awaits beyond the comfort zone? What happens when I encounter my patterns – kindly but firmly? Who am I when I stop performing and start experiencing?
Leadership begins with self-leadership
Adventure Learning is not off-the-shelf teambuilding. It’s a format for people who want to encounter themselves – to lead more authentically, communicate more clearly, and live more fully.
Because
Those who can lead themselves can truly accompany others - and
Leaders who learn consciously are healthier in the long run.
CLEARNESS | AWARENESS | DEVELOPMENT
Unlimited spaces – for your conscious shift in perspective
According to recent studies, decision-makers have, on average, only seven minutes a day to themselves. The rest is filled with back-to-back meetings, conversations, expectations – and increasing pressure. Stress-related illnesses in executive roles are rising rapidly. Burnout is no theory – it’s reality.
That’s why leadership today requires more than just efficiency:
It calls for consciously created spaces – for retreat, realignment, and deep reflection.
unlimited spaces stands for exactly that. Places that are not only geographically remote but internally grounding. Power spots that inspire, slow us down, and reconnect us.
Our coaching, retreats, and development formats unfold where magic meets method – in nature, in stillness, in wide-open clarity.
Whether in individual coaching, executive sparring, team development, or strategic transformation – we combine professional expertise with transformative environments. And always with one clear focus: the human being. In their role. With their questions. In the full reality of their life.
Growth begins within.
Whether it’s about health, clarity, purpose, relationships, or new visions – we support transformation that truly works.
Our destinations – globally connected
Tarifa, Spain – Where Europe meets Africa. Endless horizons, wild wind, and space to return to yourself.
Thailand – Temples, jungle, silence. A land of gentle strength and spiritual depth.
Philippines – Crystal-clear waters, untouched islands, and smiles that reach the soul.
Bali – Island of the gods. Sacred ground, creative flow, and vibrant mindfulness.
Australia – Vast horizons, ancient cultures, and a raw nature that realigns everything.
Fiji Islands – Pure timelessness. Warm-hearted people, radiant simplicity, and pristine clarity.
Costa Rica – Jungle, ocean, and the spirit of “Pura Vida.” Nature that heals. Places that hold.
Argentina – Wild, powerful, alive. From the Andes to the tango – fertile ground for bold visions.
06 Leadership Academy
BECAUSE PEOPLE MAKE THE DIFFERENCE
I am convinced:
The “right” employees are and will remain the key to business success.
Every organization needs qualified, motivated, and inspired people to achieve its strategic goals and secure its future.
Yet finding, developing, and retaining exactly these people is becoming the greatest challenge of the coming years.
The competition for talent and top performers is already fierce – and it will intensify dramatically.
That’s why we need foresight, reliable retention strategies, and consistently strategic personnel development.
What I mean by strategic personnel development
For me, strategic personnel development is far more than organizing training sessions.
It is a central lever of organizational development – because people can only give their best when structures, communication, and culture grow with them. I design personnel development systemically, strategically aligned, and sustainably. It is oriented towards the company’s vision, current challenges, and the individual potential of the people within the system.
Not all personnel development is the same – three key distinctions
Training – imparts fundamental technical skills for a profession (typically in trades, administration, industry, or healthcare)
Professional Development – enhances existing competencies within a field (e.g., technical updates, legal changes, industry-specific developments)
Advanced Development – opens up new perspectives, roles, or professional fields (e.g., leadership skills, new areas of responsibility, interdisciplinary expertise)
How I design personnel development in practice
I develop individual personnel development strategies for and with my clients, tailored to real conditions and objectives.
Depending on the target group and context, I use different formats:
One-on-one coaching for executives and specialists
Training programs for developing key competencies
Mentoring programs for emerging leaders
Sparring formats at eye level – especially for entrepreneurs, CEOs, and leadership teams
Team development programs to foster collaboration and personal responsibility
Workshops and learning labs to promote learning in process
Feedback systems & potential analyses, e.g., CAPTain-Test®
Leadership is a profession – and must be learned
Developing technical experts into leaders is not a side task.
It means qualifying people for an entirely new profession – with everything that entails:
Developing leadership attitude
Taking on responsibility
Shaping communication
Making decisions
Leading people
I accompany this development through modern, effective leadership coaching that provides orientation, security, and real growth.
The impact of my personnel development support:
Clear development paths for talents
Better retention and lower turnover
Visible competency gains
A stronger leadership team
Higher identification with the company
Systematic learning within the organization
LEADERSHIP DOESN´T JUST HAPPEN - IT MUST BE LEARNED, LIVED AND CONTINUOUSLY DEVELOPED
Why targeted leadership development is more important today than ever:
Because it plays a decisive role in determining the course, culture and success of a company.
In times of digital transformation, increasing competitive pressure, and complex global markets, it is no longer enough to simply promote “good employees.”
Those who want to lead need far more than expertise – they need inner clarity, communicative strength, strategic thinking, emotional intelligence, and the ability to empower others.
This is exactly where the iNavigare.com | Leadership Academy comes in.
For over 23 years, we have been supporting professionals on their path to becoming true leaders.
Our virtual academy for leadership development offers a sustainable, profound, and highly practical training program – strengthening individuals and organizations alike.
A well-designed Leadership Academy creates:
Clarity about leadership understanding
Leadership is not a title – it’s an attitude.
Participants develop a reflected and conscious image of what leadership means to them – and how they want to lead with authenticity.
Strengthening of self-leadership
Those who can lead themselves can also lead others.
Participants learn how to manage themselves effectively – even in complex situations, tough decisions, and times of high pressure.
Communication at a leadership level
Leadership means communication: clear, empathetic, and impactful.
Participants enhance their ability to communicate purposefully, transparently, and with authority – even in conflicts, crises, and change processes.
Confident handling of dynamics and change
Agility, uncertainty, and change are daily realities.
Good leaders don’t need to know everything – they need to provide orientation, even when the path isn’t fully clear.
The Academy equips them precisely for that.
Culture building & role modeling
Leaders shape the culture of an organization – through their decisions, their behaviors, and their values.
The Leadership Academy places a strong focus on personality development – not as a side aspect, but as a central leadership tool.
Measurable impact in daily leadership
Our programs are not theoretical – they are practical development spaces.
What participants learn is immediately transferred to leadership practice – creating sustainable impact on teams, projects, and the organization.

FROM COLLEAGUE TO CONFIDENT LEADER
Personality & Role Competence
Ideal for new leaders transitioning from a specialist to a leadership role, or for individuals who have been carrying first leadership responsibilities for at least three months.
Why this module?
The step into a leadership role is one of the most crucial developmental leaps in a professional career.
Suddenly, new rules apply.
What was considered a professional strength yesterday is no longer enough – now it’s about leading people, making decisions, and taking responsibility.
Leadership is not a title – it is a profession. One that must be learned and practiced.
Many newly appointed leaders are thrown into their new role without adequate preparation – without a clear understanding of their role, without tools, without a mental framework.
The result: inner uncertainty, role conflicts, and disturbed team dynamics.
LEADERSHIP LEVEL 1 closes exactly this gap.
What can you expect?
In this module, you will gain clarity about your new role as a leader – and about the inner and outer expectations that come with it.
Together, we will explore typical hurdles, pitfalls, and role conflicts, reflect on individual strengths and blind spots – and sharpen your understanding of effective, authentic leadership.
Through practical exercises and real-world case studies, you will learn concrete leadership tools, practice feedback and communication techniques, and develop a first robust model for situational leadership within your organization. Additionally, you will benefit from personal coaching by experienced leadership trainers – even after the seminar, via phone or online support.
Topics at a glance
From colleague to leader – Making the internal shift
Leadership begins with self-leadership – Clarifying values, motives, and potentials
What is expected of me? – Responsibilities, tasks, scope
No mandate, no action – How to secure your leadership mandate

Communicating clearly – Feedback, impulse, and orientation conversations
Clarifying expectations – Turning wishes into clear agreements
NC = Asking and Clarifying – Why it is crucial to verify understanding instead of assuming it
Peer coaching & case consultation – Learning with and from others
What is the goal?
After completing this module, you will view your leadership role with greater clarity, confidence, and strategic insight. You will begin to develop your individual leadership style, gain confidence in dealing with expectations and conflicts, and build a strong foundation for the next levels of leadership.

3 intensive days
Bring your questions, topics, and cases – this seminar thrives on your active participation!
Next step:
Upon completing this module, you can continue with LEADERSHIP LEVEL 2–4 – your continuous development journey toward becoming a seasoned leader.
COMMUNICATE & COLLABORATE
Professional and Successful Collaboration
Ideal for emerging leaders who have been in their new role for at least three months and are ready to advance to the next stage of their leadership development.
What is LEADERSHIP LEVEL 2 about?
LEADERSHIP LEVEL 2 focuses on the essential skills for professional communication and effective collaboration.
Knowledge makes you smart – but communication creates impact.
Those who want to lead must be able to communicate clearly, empathetically, and at eye level – and take responsibility for their own communication behavior.
Good leadership begins with good connection.
Only those who are willing to truly engage with others can recognize, honor, and guide the needs, interests, and dynamics within a team.
This applies equally to everyday collaboration as well as to critical situations, misunderstandings, or conflicts.
People want to be understood – and they intuitively sense whether someone is sincere.
In LEADERSHIP LEVEL 2, you will learn how to build resilient relationships through targeted, mindful communication – and how to address challenging topics effectively and respectfully.
Topics at a glance
Basics of communication psychology How communication really works – and why it often fails
Trust leads: What defines strong relationships Recognizing and consciously building psychological trust factors
Essential conversation techniques in professional life Questioning techniques, active listening, clarity in language and body language
Delegating in daily leadership: Passing on tasks while retaining responsibility Gaining time for leadership through the principle of “dynamic delegation”
Conversation roadmaps for employee dialogues Structured guidance for goal setting, feedback, and critical discussions
NC = Asking and Clarifying Why it’s vital to verify true understanding – not just assume it
Steering and moderating decision-making processes Fostering participation, integrating perspectives, securing decisions
Leading clarification processes – handling conflicts Making different interests visible and resolving tensions
How true collaboration happens Giving and receiving feedback – and fostering real development from it
The goal
After completing LEADERSHIP LEVEL 2, you will possess a solid understanding of the key communication processes in everyday leadership.
You will know tools to conduct better conversations, create clarity, and use conflicts productively.
You will learn to enable collaboration rather than demand it – through attitude, dialogue competence, and leadership strength.
Real-world case studies and individual coaching complement the training – your practical experience is at the center.
Duration
3 intensive days
Please bring as many of your own questions and topics as possible – this training thrives on your active participation!
TEAMDEVELOPMENT & GROUP DYNAMICS
Leading and Developing Groups, Teams, and Projects

What is LEADERSHIP LEVEL 3 about?
In LEADERSHIP LEVEL 3, the focus is on building and managing successful team and project processes. Here, personal leadership qualities – such as relationship building, conversation skills, and human insight – meet management skills: process steering, project leadership, and results orientation.
You will learn how high-performing teams are formed, how they grow, and how to lead them wisely – without losing connection to your own role as part of the greater whole.
The idea of the team is central to modern leadership – but not every problem is a team issue.
It requires a conscious, situational understanding:
When do teams make sense?
Where can smaller, autonomous units create greater impact?
What does healthy teamwork look like in your organizational context?
We work with individual potential analyses (e.g., CAPTain Test) and structured employee dialogues to fully unlock potential and leverage diversity productively.

LEAD CHANGE WITH SYSTEMIC CLARITY
Systems Thinking & Change Processes
Transforming Entrepreneurial Leadership
Ideal for emerging leaders who have held a leadership role for at least three months – and for experienced leaders with years of management or executive responsibility.
Organizations are living, dynamic systems – that’s why we call them that. Like organs in the human body, they follow specific patterns, interactions, and feedback loops. In LEADERSHIP LEVEL 4, the focus is on understanding, analyzing, and actively developing these systems – especially in times of change.
Change is not a disruption. It’s the default setting of modern organizations. Leaders who want to have impact must learn to navigate this dynamic environment creatively, decisively, and reflectively. They also need the ability to see the bigger picture – to think systemically and guide transformation in a professional, structured way.
Systems theory provides the foundation for this. It helps us reassess processes, relationships, and structures – and to activate the right levers for sustainable transformation.
Leadership at this level means: enabling change without losing sight of what truly matters.

Identifying, interpreting & understanding systemic processes
Clarifying, formulating & adapting organizational goals
Moving into action: from analysis to implementation
Mastering complexity – without overcomplicating things

07 Integral Life & Business Coaching
“THERE IS NO EXTERNAL DEVELOPMENT WITHOUT AN INNER EVOLUTION TO ANCHOR IT."
Ken Wilber
I work integrally with individuals, teams, and organizations.
My approach is to meet people and their worlds with the broadest range of perspectives possible.
Every person has an innate lens through which they engage with the world.
Learning about these perspectives helps us better understand each other – and recognize our own blind spots.
Ken Wilber puts it this way:
“To understand the whole, one must understand the parts. To understand the parts, it is necessary to understand the whole. This is the cycle of understanding.”
“I have one simple rule: everyone is right. More precisely, everyone—including myself—has some important piece of the truth, and all of those pieces need to be honored, cherished, and woven together into a more inclusive, compassionate embrace.”
“It’s about reconciling opposites – both positive and negative – by discovering a deeper ground that transcends and embraces them both.”
“I don’t have to agree with everything someone says, but I should at least try to understand it, for the opposite of mutual understanding is simply war.”
Working integrally means incorporating as many relevant truths as possible — from East and West, from premodern, modern, and postmodern traditions, and from the exact sciences as well as the subtle sciences of spirituality.
The core idea behind Integral Transformative Practice (ITP) is clear:
The more aspects of our being we simultaneously train and integrate, the greater the likelihood of meaningful transformation.
Ken Wilber describes his Integral Theory with the acronym AQAL — short for: “all quadrants, all levels, all lines, all states, all types.” These five elements form the basis for a comprehensive understanding of both the universe and human development.
Quadrants
The four quadrants represent the fundamental perspectives of every holon: the inner and outer dimensions of both individuals and collectives. They correspond to “I” (subjective), “It” (objective), “We” (intersubjective), and “Its” (interobjective) the worlds of consciousness, body, culture, and systems.
Levels
Levels describe stages of development that unfold sequentially but also overlap. They range from egocentric to ethnocentric to worldcentric and kosmocentric perspectives, shaping how we see and act in the world.
Lines
Developmental lines refer to multiple intelligences or capacities such as cognitive, emotional, moral, or kinesthetic intelligences. Howard Gardner’s theory of multiple intelligences is an example. Not all lines develop at the same pace or to the same extent.
States
States are temporary forms of consciousness—
such as waking, dreaming, deep sleep, meditative states, or peak experiences. They occur in all quadrants and can open doorways to higher levels of development.
Types
Types describe style or structure differences at any stage of development such as feminine/masculine, Enneagram types, or Myers-Briggs profiles. They influence how development is experienced across all quadrants.
Development and Evolution
Ken Wilber says: “For me, development means the continuous unfolding of consciousness and complexity. Each new level transcends and includes the previous ones. This perspective shapes my understanding of learning, leadership, and growth.”
Ken Wilber: Life and Influence
Ken Wilber is one of the most translated nonfiction authors in the United States. He wrote his first book, The Spectrum of Consciousness, at the age of 23. Since then, he has authored more than 25 books, translated into over 30 languages. Wilber lives in Denver, Colorado, where he continues his work as an author, teacher, and philosopher.
His Integral Approach and Theory of Everything have gained worldwide recognition. In 2002, he founded the Integral Institute—an organization dedicated to advancing research, education, and practical application of integral theory. Events like the Integral Theory Conference (ITC) showcase the wide-ranging impact of his work, spanning science, spirituality, politics, and the arts.
The foundation of Wilber’s work is the Integral Methodological Pluralism (IMP) an effort to unite all relevant sources of knowledge into one coherent, dynamic framework.
Selected Quotes by Ken Wilber
“That all opposites—such as mass and energy, subject and object, life and death—are so deeply intertwined that they are utterly inseparable is still difficult for most of us to believe. But that’s only because we accept the boundary between opposites as real.”
“You can be aware of your body, but also of your mind. When you start experiencing the mind directly and clearly, you can begin to transcend it and free yourself from its limitations.”
“Through the opening or clearing of one’s consciousness, higher truths, subtler revelations, and deep connections can flash into awareness.”
“You are not the one who experiences liberation; you are the clearing, the openness, the spaciousness where every experience comes and goes — like reflections in a mirror. And you are the mirror, the mirror-mind itself, not any single reflection.”
08 Mentoring & Life Coaching
FROM THE IDEA TO THE IMPACT
“It always starts with ‘just’ an idea – and the courage to take the first step.
No guarantees. No safety net. Often against doubt.
Accompanied by setbacks, stillness – and the quiet thought of giving up.
But those who don’t give up grow through the obstacles.
And one day, it becomes clear: Success isn’t whether something works – but how you hold your ground within.”
Holger
That’s how I’ve experienced it myself.
What became clear to me early on:
When you start something, you carry responsibility 24/7 –
52 weeks a year.
Always.
Whether you have co-founders or not.
And that’s where many fall into the first trap
Responsibility & Clarity
Responsibility is great – but only if it’s crystal clear who is responsible for what.
Especially with co-founders or your first employee team, things can quickly become fuzzy. And what’s fuzzy becomes dangerous – for focus, motivation, and collaboration.
Employees & Co-thinkers
As long as you’re solo, you know exactly where the bottleneck is. It’s you. Period.
But once you bring others on board, you need people who truly fit you.
Not just professionally. But also personally. And: people who stay. Even when things get tough – in business or with you as their boss.
Because high turnover kills even the most promising startup – faster than any bankruptcy.
Processes & Paperwork
What you need are not complicated checklists, but smart, clear, lean processes.
They save you time. Money. Nerves.
And they prevent you, as a founder, from becoming what you never wanted to be:
scattered, overwhelmed, burned out.
And that’s just the beginning.
We haven’t even talked about:
Vision. Values. Motives. Target groups. Markets. Branding. Product development. Authorities. Legal frameworks. Corporate Identity. Sales. Funding. Scaling. Workload …and everything else it takes to turn a good idea into a successful business. But that’s exactly what we’re here for.
STARTUP MENTORING with Holger
I was a founder myself.
And today, I work with a network of experienced entrepreneurs – people who were once young founders just like you.
And who can offer you the impulses, experience, and tools you really need during this critical phase.
Let’s talk. Free. Clear. Focused.

STRENGTHEN INNER CLARITY AND NEW DIRECTIONS
We support people who feel:
There is more within me. And I want to unfold it.
In Integral Life Coaching, personal themes are at the center:
Life purpose, self-actualization, new goals, inner clarity, partnership, health, spirituality, joy in life – and the profound question:
How do I want to live? And who do I want to become?
What it’s really about
Integral Life Coaching is not a manual for happiness.
It is an invitation to inner navigation.
We support people
Rediscover their inner compass
Question old patterns
Understand unconscious dynamics
Make powerful decisions
Walk their path with clarity, courage, and trust
Integral means: Exclude nothing. Include everything.
With the integral approach, we always see the person as a whole.
Professional topics often naturally become part of the process – because our lives know no strict boundaries between work, family, body, mind, and soul.
Many of my clients come with private concerns –
and find new perspectives for their careers, roles, relationships, health, or self-understanding as a woman, man, or human being.
We don’t work “either/or” – but “both/and.”
With heart, intellect, and deep respect for the uniqueness of each individual.
What Integral Life Coaching can achieve
Clarity in personal or spiritual questions
Support through crises, transitions, or decisions
Reflection on values, motives, roles, and needs
Development of self-awareness, self-responsibility, and self-leadership
Deeper understanding of relationships and life patterns
Activation of inner resources and emotional resilience
What sets us apart
A key difference from Business Coaching lies in commissioning and focus:
Life Coaching is typically requested and self-funded by private individuals – not by organizations. This makes it even more personal, immediate, and intimate. And: Our clients benefit from our combined expertise.
Both Tanja Belinda and I are trained Life and Business Coaches – with extensive experience in working with people, systems, and spiritual development paths.
Thus, we can also accompany topics like
Career reorientation
Role conflicts at work
Identity questions during changes
Self-leadership within leadership roles
Inner reconciliation and realignment
Integral means - Everything belongs. Everything is welcome.
I combine psychological, systemic, spiritual, and neurobiological perspectives – into a coaching journey focused on clarity, growth, and inner freedom.
If you are looking for a coaching relationship that is mindful, professional, and empowering – let’s talk.
ALIGN THINKING AND FEELING, GAIN ENREGY
The Coherence of Mind and Heart is the Key to Clarity, Health, and Conscious Living
Every day, about 70,000 thoughts race through our awareness.
And when 90% of them are the same as the day before, it’s obvious:
Those who think like yesterday will experience the same tomorrow.
The problem is not our thinking.
The problem is that we believe our thoughts – without realizing they keep us stuck in the loop of our past.
But here’s the good news
We can learn to think differently.
To feel differently.
To act differently.
And this is where Mind-Heart-Sync begins – my integrative offer for those who want more than just repetition.
What is Mind-Heart-Sync
Mind-Heart-Sync is not classic coaching.
It’s an invitation to inner synchronization:
Between thinking and feeling.
Between knowledge and wisdom.
Between inner world and outer reality.
When the cognitive center of our mind aligns with the electromagnetic field of our heart, a state emerges that researchers call heart coherence – what spiritual masters have described for centuries as “alignment.”
This coherence is measurable – through EEGs, HRV (heart rate variability), and imaging technologies.
It’s tangible – as inner peace, emotional stability, and intuitive clarity.
And it’s transformative – because it changes our behavior, our relationships, our health, and ultimately our reality.
Thoughts Shape Reality – Scientifically Proven
A remarkable study:
Two groups were asked to train a single finger daily for four weeks – one group physically, the other mentally.
The result:
The physical group increased muscle strength by 30%
The mental group – without any movement – by an impressive 22%
The difference lies in the type of experience, not in its reality.
Because the brain does not distinguish between what is physically real and what is vividly imagined.
It responds to impulses – and starts learning whatever we teach it.
The Cycle: Thoughts → Emotions → Personality
Our repetitive thoughts generate familiar emotions.
These emotions shape our mood, our mood becomes our temperament, and ultimately defines our personality.
Thus, we unconsciously create a self-image on constant repeat.
But we can break this cycle.
What Mind-Heart-Sync Offers You
I support you in:
Gaining new inner perspectives
Changing your focus
Clarifying your energy
Recalibrating yourself
Through conscious practice, precise techniques, and mindful guidance.
Not with prescriptions – but with real space for transformation.
You’re not training to become someone else.
You’re training to uncover your true self.
The Process – Individual. Honest. Deep.
1) Initial Consultation (phone or video)
We clarify your goals, desires, and challenges.
You tell me what you seek – and what you don’t.
2) Starting with Clarity
You decide whether you want to work with me.
I decide whether I’m the right companion for your journey.
3) Tailored Support
You practice independently – with access to me whenever you need it.
On-demand coaching (10–20-minute increments, phone or video) provides impulses, structure, and support.
4) Effective Methods
You receive tools, exercises, and resources – from science, neurobiology, meditation, quantum physics, and consciousness research.
And, of course, from my 22 years of personal experience as a transformation guide.
What you invest is not just money – it’s commitment.
I can show you the way.
But only you can live the change.
Because transformation is not a lecture.
Transformation is practice.
My Path – My Sources
I have been a student of a Tibetan-Buddhist lineage for over 30 years.
I have studied deeply in the writings of constructivism.
I have learned from Ken Wilber, Heinz von Foerster, Wayne Dyer and the 16th Karmapa.
I have also learned immensely from Dr. Joe Dispenza, whose work has accompanied me since 2005.
I have listened to all his books, practiced his tools, internalized his methods, and completed the following seminars:
“The Formula” (Progressive Workshop)
“Redesign Your Destiny” (Advanced Workshop)
“Making Your Mind Matter”
About Dr. Joe Dispenza

Evolve Your Brain (German: Schöpfer der Wirklichkeit)
Breaking the Habit of Being Yourself (German: Ein neues Ich)
You Are the Placebo (German: Du bist das Placebo)
Becoming Supernatural (German: Werde übernatürlich)
Conclusion – or The Beginning
Create your future – there’s no better way.
The only path out of the past leads inward.
There lies the field of possibilities.
There begins true change – not from outside, but from within you.
Mind-Heart-Sync is not a goal.
It’s a decision.
A decision for growth, connection, and truth.
If you feel that your time has come –
then reach out. And let’s begin.

Why iNavigare.com?
The “i” in iNavigare stands for our integral view of the world, the integrity of our actions, the individuality of our solutions – and the inspiration you’ll experience with us on your journey.
The term Navigare (Latin: navigare – to steer, guide, lead) reflects our stance:
We see ourselves as a lighthouse for a time.
Clear in stance, calm in the storm, visible even from afar.
We provide orientation in times of change – amidst high seas and turbulent weather.
For us, navigation means: seeing clearly, deciding wisely, acting reliably – with strong values, clear direction, and an open mind for what’s possible.
One thing is certain
Change is not the exception but the norm of our daily lives.
It is the wind in the sails – sometimes stormy, sometimes gentle, but always powerful. That is why our claim is: because shift happens.
What sets us apart
We think systemically, act solution-oriented, and communicate at eye level.
With clear vision, analytical precision, and an open heart, we work with you to shape paths into a future that truly fits you.
Our competence – built on over 43 years of experience – is your advantage.
Our experience is your compass.
And our passion for development – your engine.
WHY WE DO WHAT WE DO
Because shift happens
I dedicated my life and work to the development and transformation of people and organizations.
Change is never comfortable – but it is necessary.
Settling for the status quo requires no effort. But therein lies the danger: habit keeps us trapped in patterns that are long outdated.
Those who truly want to reshape their lives need courage, clarity, and determination.
It’s easy to remain in the “That’s just how it is” mindset.
But the truly good things in life are reserved for those who are willing to become explorers.
And take responsibility.
OUR VIEW ON PEOPLE AND CHANGE
We work with people who trust the same kinds of experiences we trust.
With individuals who share our ideas – and who want to bring their dreams to life in a way that reflects our own values.
In everything we begin, we see the opportunity to question boundaries and set new standards of growth.
We believe in a world centered around people. Technology and innovation should follow this principle – not the other way around.
Those who recognize this invest in people. They train their employees with excellence, ensure the right fit, develop them continuously – and create sustainable success. The well-known and successful American top manager from the automotive industry - Lee Iacocca - summarized it in this way:
“In the end, all business operations can be reduced to three words: people, product, and profits. People come first. If you don’t have a good team, you can’t do much with the other two.”
Lee Iacocca
VALUES & GUIDELINES OF OUR WORK
What We Stand For
We work with people, organizations, and systems – but our foundation is personal. These principles are not a showcase. They are what carry us when things get uncomfortable. What guide us when things get complex. And what provide clarity when decisions must be made.
We live what we teach. And we stand for what we consider essential: clarity, integrity, and the willingness to evolve.
1. Commitment
We respect both our own word and that of others – spoken and written alike. For us, commitment is at the heart of every communication. It represents loyalty, connection – and the conscious choice to stand by what we have promised.
2. Self-Responsibility
We consistently take responsibility for our thoughts, feelings, words, and actions. Because responsibility is always relational, it also means being accountable to others – and encouraging every person to take responsibility for themselves.
3. Integrity
To us, integrity is a stance that demands clarity and fosters resolution. It shapes our behavior. Integrity also means: recognizing diversity, integrating difference, enabling plurality – and staying true to ourselves in the process.
4. Value Creation
We aim to be of value – creative, innovative, effective. We create value and enable value creation. For us, this begins with growth and resource-oriented learning – both of which we consider valuable in their own right.
5. Customer Centricity
At the heart of our work lies the economic success and personal satisfaction of our clients. Clearly defined visions, goals, and strategies guide us – ensuring consulting with both impact and integrity.
6. Future Orientation
Our actions are guided by a vision of a vibrant, peaceful, and courageously shaped future. We align ourselves with a humanistic spirit – and a voluntary ethical commitment to the common good.
7. Systemic Approach
We view organizations as living systems – with the drive to grow, their own dynamics, and their own logic. A systemic and holistic perspective forms the basis for leadership, transformation, and development.
8. Constructivism
We don’t believe in the truth – but in many perspectives on what unfolds before our eyes and ears. We follow the principles of psychological constructivism – opening spaces for understanding, diversity, and shared development.
9. Solution Focus
We direct our attention to solutions – not problems. This focus (inspired by Steve de Shazer) deliberately activates the resources needed for the next step. Analyze problems – create pathways – activate solutions.
10. Quality Awareness
We strive for the highest level of quality. Leadership and management should be tangible, visible, and measurable – using flexible methods. Our goal is sustainable success and quality that endures.
11. Process Orientation
We focus on processes – on flows, causal relationships, and interactions. We know: numbers don’t tell the whole story. Every act of measurement is also an act of observation. And every observer is part of the process.
12. Professionalism
We see professionalism as competent, dedicated action – in ourselves and in our dealings with others. For us, it also means handling weaknesses and mistakes with poise and ease – and seeing them as opportunities for growth.
If you feel addressed by this, it’s no coincidence.
Perhaps now is the right moment to reexamine your topics, your goals, and your journey – together, with structure and depth.
HOW I UNDERSTAND & SHAPE DEVELOPMENT
I dedicate my work to the development of people and the growth of social systems and organizations.
My approach as a coach and consultant is shaped by systemic thinking. I draw on current insights from neuroscience, epigenetics, and quantum physics (as taught by Dr. Joe Dispenza), the research on learning organizations (Peter M. Senge), integral theory (Ken Wilber), the ideas of constructivism (Ernst von Glasersfeld, Paul Watzlawick, Heinz von Foerster), as well as findings from modern learning psychology and other fascinating fields concerned with human development.
With over 40 years of experience as an entrepreneur and executive, I have gained a profound understanding of personnel and corporate leadership, management issues, and the development of integral strategies and goals.
I observe the detail – and move the whole.
My love for distant lands and cultures has led me on numerous journeys, often lasting several months, across all continents. There, I studied different philosophies, ways of life, patterns of thinking and acting – and expanded my own perspective.
I offer this potential to all those who choose to trust me for part of their journey.

He also organized countless concerts, after-show parties, corporate and private events. From 1992 to 2007, Holger was co-founder and COO of the renowned catering company Boa Vista, internationally known for setting culinary standards at events hosting up to 7,000 guests.

For more than 22 years, he has been guiding people and organizations on their paths of development. OUR ESSENCE IN A FEW CLEAR WORDS
My assumptions about development + leadership
1. Organizational development only succeeds when it is intelligently linked to personal development. For me, OD and PD are inseparable.
2. The most important drivers of success in people development are leaders. They carry the vision into the organization – through attitude, example, and execution. Their behavior is key to quality and results.
3. It is essential to define measurable indicators for tracking and evaluating progress and success. You can only stay on course if you know your destination – that’s leadership.
4. Employees need a clear, plausible, and motivating vision of the future. They need a goal – and a way to reach it. As a leader, I share the responsibility for that journey.
5. Each individual translates this vision into their own “internal map.” That’s why it’s my job to continuously deepen shared understanding – through dialogue, reflection, smart meetings, and creative impulses.
6. I believe people must be well-trained to master their roles with confidence. And leaders need character, integrity, and presence – to lead with conviction.
7. To me, investment in development is an investment in the future. That’s why I rely on clear competency models as the foundation for training, coaching, and development – for example, through a “house of competencies.”
8. Communication breakdowns are part of everyday work. I see them not as threats, but as opportunities – when managed professionally. Tension can lead to growth.
9. In the end, it’s not the concept that counts – it’s performance. What matters is how people put their strengths into action. I help them bring their horsepower to the road.
10. I want people who share this vision of development to be empowered in their organizations. With responsibility. With influence. With room to shape things. That creates positive magnetism – and attracts the right people for the long term.

13 Syntropic Farming
RETHINKING AGRICULTURE
Syntropic Farming – A Regenerative Vision for Our Future
A New Paradigm. Syntropic farming is more than a method – it is a mindset. It means working with nature, not against it. Diversity instead of monoculture. Regeneration instead of exploitation. Life instead of control.
This form of agriculture draws on the intelligence of natural ecosystems. It focuses on the interplay between plants, trees, soil life and humans. The result: fertile soils, healthy crops, and sustainable yields – all without chemical fertilizers, pesticides, or artificial irrigation.
Forests as Teachers
Inspired by the growth principles of natural forests, syntropic farming is especially suited to tropical and subtropical regions. Through carefully timed planting sequences, pruning cycles and crop rotations, edible and self-sustaining ecosystems can thrive within just a few years.
But syntropic farming is more than high-yield cultivation. It is a philosophy of reconnection – with the Earth, natural rhythms, and our responsibility to sustain life and biodiversity.
It offers new answers to old questions:
How can we grow food without destroying the soil?
How can agriculture become truly sustainable, climate-positive, and meaningful again?
Syntropic agriculture shows what’s possible when we stop seeing ourselves as masters of nature – and start acting as part of it.

14 Like Lions
FOR STRONG FAMILIES & FREE CHILDREN IN A VIBRANT FUTURE
A vibrant future grows where people take root, take responsibility, and explore new paths.
Our projects combine healthy environments with value-based education. Families are given space to thrive – children grow up experiencing freedom, care, and real community.
At the same time, we foster a mindset of self-responsibility: away from dependence on systems that keep people small – and toward a life where families take ownership of their choices, well-being, and impact. It’s about food sovereignty, meaningful learning, conscious relationships, and a deep connection to what truly sustains us.
LIKE LIONS empowers what makes the future strong: Families with purpose. Children with courage. Places with soul.
A life shaped by awareness, trust, and true community.
FAMILIES WITH STRONG ROOTS & JOYFUL LIFE
WHY we do this
In a rapidly changing world, more and more people are searching for places where they can live with their families in a powerful, connected, and self-determined way.
The longing for a life in harmony with nature, for true community, for purpose, and for a healthy environment for children and adults has never been greater.
At the same time, the challenges are growing: ecological crises, social alienation, overwhelmed systems, and the feeling of being cut off from what truly matters.
Our response: Shaping new paths together – with vision, heart, and clarity.
HOW we approach it
“Like Lions – become wise + strong” is not a finished product.
It is a growing concept of life and learning that brings together people who want more:
More connection to nature. More self-responsibility. More joy. More community.
We combine proven principles of regenerative agriculture (e.g. syntropic farming), shared living, child-centered education, hands-on self-sufficiency, and modern communication into a model for the future.
Core idea
Families live on and with the land – in regions far away from urban stress, noise, and environmental pollution.
They grow healthy food, support their children mindfully, share knowledge, responsibilities and joy – and co-create the future they truly want.
WHAT can emerge
A community of like-minded people with clear values and vision
Living spaces for families – close to nature, self-sufficient, and healthy
Places of connection, learning, creativity, and empowerment
Knowledge sharing through workshops, mentoring, coaching & exchange
Children who grow up strong, free, and connected
Parents who consciously shape their lives and unlock their potential
Agriculture that builds soil, understands cycles, and harvests the future
This is not a utopia – but an evolving real-world project that takes shape with every person who joins.
WHO is invited
Families who want to live freely, powerfully, and in harmony with nature
Individuals who want to share their talents and help shape something new
People with experience in farming, craftsmanship, education, community building, or regenerative living
Visionaries, supporters, investors, and courageous thinkers
Thinking hearts and feeling minds
Conscious individuals who have largely moved beyond their egos
People who think and act in community-centered ways
Real, grounded people – ready to contribute, support, and share some humor
Individualists who love freedom and still wish to be part of a greater whole

CONFIDENT KIDS WITH CLEAR VAULES, WARM HERATS & OPEN MIND
The five most valuable gifts we can give our children have nothing to do with money, possessions or luxury. They are about inner strength, clarity, and the ability to navigate life with courage, heart, and mind.
Resilience
Life is full of challenges. Children trained like lions develop resilience – they learn to deal with setbacks, failures, and obstacles. They rise again after falling and grow stronger with every experience.
Self-confidence
Children who know their strengths walk more confidently through life – at school, in daily life, and later in their careers. They think critically, act with awareness, and have the courage to walk new paths.
Independence
Like Lions kids develop autonomy and decision-making power. They take responsibility for their lives, focus on solutions, and are less vulnerable to external pressure or manipulation.
Leadership
Those who carry self-confidence, resilience, and independence often grow into natural leaders. Like Lions children are willing to take responsibility, make decisions, and inspire others.
Empathy
True strength is not only about assertiveness – but also about compassion. Children who think like lions understand that kindness, respect, and mutual support are just as important as courage and clarity.
Ready for the Future
Like Lions prepares children and teens for a rapidly changing world.
The idea: Empower young people to thrive in a future defined by what is often called a VUCA world – one shaped by Volatility, Uncertainty, Complexity, and Ambiguity.
We foster skills like
clarity, courage, resilience, self-leadership, critical thinking, and emotional stability – true lion qualities.
Responsibility that comes from the heart
Parents have the great task not only to love their children –
but also to guide them in becoming capable and grounded human beings.
Like Lions means strengthening children for life.
Showing them how to help themselves.
How to make their own decisions and walk through life with confidence.
New answers for a new time
The world is changing fast. As parents, we face questions that didn’t exist 20 years ago:
How do we prepare our children for a world that’s constantly shifting?
How do we nurture stability, clarity, and joy without pressure or overwhelm?
We believe:
Strong children grow with clear values, real support, and a lovingly challenging environment.
They learn to stand up for themselves – and become valuable members of society.

HEADING FOR NEW HORIZONS

REFLECTION.

THINK TANK Invitation
Do you feel called? Then step into the inner circle of idea creators.
We’re not looking for consumers – but for co-thinkers, co-feelers, and co-creators.
If this vision moves you, get in touch and become part of the “Like Lions Think Tank.”
Together, we’ll explore how this idea can grow – in your region, in your life, or in a space we create together.
Contact & Inspiration
We’d be happy to schedule an orientation call.

STRENGTHEN INNER CLARITY AND NEW DIRECTIONS
We support people who feel:
There is more within me. And I want to unfold it.
In Integral Life Coaching, personal themes are at the center:
Life purpose, self-actualization, new goals, inner clarity, partnership, health, spirituality, joy in life – and the profound question:
How do I want to live? And who do I want to become?
What it’s really about
Integral Life Coaching is not a manual for happiness.
It is an invitation to inner navigation.
We support people
Rediscover their inner compass
Question old patterns
Understand unconscious dynamics
Make powerful decisions
Walk their path with clarity, courage, and trust
Integral means: Exclude nothing. Include everything.
With the integral approach, we always see the person as a whole.
Professional topics often naturally become part of the process – because our lives know no strict boundaries between work, family, body, mind, and soul.
Many of my clients come with private concerns –
and find new perspectives for their careers, roles, relationships, health, or self-understanding as a woman, man, or human being.
We don’t work “either/or” – but “both/and.”
With heart, intellect, and deep respect for the uniqueness of each individual.
What Integral Life Coaching can achieve
Clarity in personal or spiritual questions
Support through crises, transitions, or decisions
Reflection on values, motives, roles, and needs
Development of self-awareness, self-responsibility, and self-leadership
Deeper understanding of relationships and life patterns
Activation of inner resources and emotional resilience
What sets us apart
A key difference from Business Coaching lies in commissioning and focus:
Life Coaching is typically requested and self-funded by private individuals – not by organizations. This makes it even more personal, immediate, and intimate. And: Our clients benefit from our combined expertise.
Both Tanja Belinda and I are trained Life and Business Coaches – with extensive experience in working with people, systems, and spiritual development paths.
Thus, we can also accompany topics like
Career reorientation
Role conflicts at work
Identity questions during changes
Self-leadership within leadership roles
Inner reconciliation and realignment
Integral means - Everything belongs. Everything is welcome.
I combine psychological, systemic, spiritual, and neurobiological perspectives – into a coaching journey focused on clarity, growth, and inner freedom.
If you are looking for a coaching relationship that is mindful, professional, and empowering – let’s talk.

Lee Iacocca

Leadership begins with self-leadership – Clarifying values, motives, and potentials
What is expected of me? – Responsibilities, tasks, scope

MOVEMENT.

TEAMDEVELOPMENT & GROUP DYNAMICS
